Health management and educational technologies as public policy strategies for infection control and vaccination promotion in people with diabetes: experiences in emergency care units

This study analyzed the influence of professional training and the incorporation of digital technologies on infection control and vaccination coverage among diabetic patients attended in Emergency Care Units. The research revealed that integrating innovative strategies and investing in continuous education are essential to improve care quality, promote equitable access, and strengthen public health policies. Digital training of professionals and the customization of educational actions emerge as crucial factors for the success of interventions, especially in vulnerable populations. The results highlight the need to strengthen intersectoral partnerships and invest in technologies to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of health services.
