This review aims to provide notes that, in general terms, address the work “The Moral Question: a critical anthology”, organized by French researchers Didier Fassin and Samuel Lézé, which, in locating and compiling texts by different authors and at different times, illustrate not only the development of anthropology as a field of knowledge, but also its evolution as scientific knowledge that reveals the values of morality as a guiding axis for individuals and social practices.
