Recent literature on real estate valuation has expanded the debate beyond economic and locational variables, increasingly incorporating qualitative attributes of the built environment as relevant factors in value formation. In this context, this study examines the interfaces between architecture, interior design, and custom-made furniture and their relationship with real estate valuation, based on a review of international scientific articles published over the last decade. Methodologically, the research adopts a qualitative, exploratory, and analytical approach, grounded in a narrative review with thematic organization. The corpus comprises 14 peer-reviewed articles selected from recognized academic databases. The analysis reveals that architectural design quality, the integration of interior design solutions, and the strategic use of custom-made furniture significantly influence both the economic value of properties and users’ perceptions and experiences. The findings indicate that integrated design approaches enhance real estate valuation by articulating functional, aesthetic, and perceptual dimensions of the built environment. It is concluded that the integration of these fields constitutes a central element for understanding contemporary real estate valuation, contributing to theoretical advancement and to the qualification of professional design practices.
