This article analyzes the use of digital technologies as a factor in improving the provision of public services, highlighting their contribution to administrative efficiency, transparency and increased citizen access to public policies. Digital transformation within the scope of Public Administration has caused structural changes in the form of state organization, especially through the digitalization of processes, automation of routines, system integration and implementation of electronic service platforms. The study is based on the constitutional principles of Public Administration, with an emphasis on efficiency and publicity, as well as the guidelines established by Law No. 14,129/2021 (Digital Government Law), which provides for the modernization and debureaucratization of public services. The research has a qualitative approach, of a bibliographic and documentary nature, using analysis of legislation, doctrine and scientific productions relevant to the topic. The aim is to understand how the strategic incorporation of technological tools can optimize resources, reduce operational costs, increase the speed of processing processes and strengthen social control mechanisms. It is concluded that digital transformation represents an essential instrument for consolidating more efficient, accessible and citizen-oriented public management, as long as it is accompanied by digital inclusion policies, employee training and compliance with data protection and information security standards.
