This experience report describes a therapeutic workshop conducted with adolescents served by the Child and Adolescent Psychosocial Care Center (CAPSi) in Uberlândia, Minas Gerais. The workshop, entitled "Conscious Use of Screens," was developed by undergraduate nursing students from the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU). The objective was to present the experience of undergraduate nursing students from the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU) during a therapeutic workshop developed at the Child and Adolescent Psychosocial Care Center (CAPSi) focusing on the conscious use of digital technologies in the mental health of young people. The activity was structured in five stages: a welcoming activity, storytelling, a discussion circle, an educational game, and the creation of a digital hygiene plan. The methodology adopted was based on the National Mental Health Policy and the principles of the Psychiatric Reform, seeking to integrate care strategies centered on listening, active participation, and the promotion of autonomy. The results showed that adolescents had affective bonds with technology, often using it as a coping mechanism for loneliness, anxiety, and social exclusion. The workshop proved effective as a therapeutic and educational tool, promoting the expression of feelings and the collective construction of self-care strategies. The role of the nurse in conducting integrated psychosocial practices is highlighted, combining therapeutic resources, diagnostic classification with interventions, and expected outcomes within the adolescents' lived context. The experience reinforces the importance of nursing in child and adolescent mental health care through ethical, educational, and humanized actions.
